Our Guarantee

We stand behind Order Pulse Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase — no questions asked.

Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • You have not violated these Terms of Service or the license agreement.

Refunds are not available for renewal charges if the renewal was not cancelled before the renewal date. Please ensure you cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@duckspark.com with:

  • The email address used for purchase.
  • Your order number or license key.
  • A brief reason for the refund (optional but appreciated).

We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle. Upon processing, your license key will be revoked.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of:

  • Requests submitted after the 14-day window.
  • Evidence of license key sharing or abuse.
  • Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first.
